Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ecombandit. We strive to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Our goal is to offer you the highest levels of responsiveness at all times.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Because we work with various global suppliers to bring you the best prices, shipping times can vary.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery is 7–20 business days after processing.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, holiday seasons, or remote locations.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information is typically active and viewable within 48–72 hours.
4. Separate Shipments
Since we partner with multiple manufacturers, please note that if you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times. This allows us to get each item to you as quickly as possible.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Ecombandit is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
7. Lost/Stolen Packages
Ecombandit is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
