Information we collect

When you place an order, the details needed to fulfil it are collected and processed by Shopify, our e-commerce and payments platform. That includes your name, email address, shipping and billing address, order contents, and payment details. Payment card details go directly to Shopify and its payment processors, we never see or store full card numbers.

When you join our newsletter or claim a discount, we collect the email address you enter and add it to our customer list so we can send you offers and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

If you contact us by email or through the on-site chat assistant, we receive the messages you send and the contact details you include.

We also receive standard technical information automatically when you visit, such as IP address, browser and device type, referring URL, and the pages you view. This comes from your browser's request headers and normal server logs.

How we use your information

We use your information to process and ship orders, handle returns and refunds, respond to support requests, send marketing emails you have asked to receive, operate and secure the site, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers we need to operate the store, and only to the extent they need it: Shopify (store platform, checkout, payments, customer accounts and order data), our shipping and fulfilment partners and their carriers (to deliver your order), Vercel (website hosting and delivery), Judge.me (product reviews, if you choose to leave one), and the provider of our on-site chat assistant (to answer your questions). We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.

Some products are shipped by suppliers outside your country, so order and delivery details may be transferred internationally to fulfil your order.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as needed to service the order and to meet accounting, tax and legal requirements. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your rights and choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time via the link in any message. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to obtain a copy, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information as those terms are defined by your local law. We do not sell personal information.

This includes residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia and other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws, and residents of the UK and EEA. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and checkout is handled by Shopify's PCI-compliant systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

This store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date shown at the top of this page.
