How long before my order ships?

We process orders in 2-5 business days. We're a small crew and we check every item before it leaves. That's what keeps your stuff arriving right.

How long does delivery take?

Once your order ships, standard delivery takes about 7-20 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it's on its way so you can follow it door to door.

Will my items arrive together?

Sometimes items ship separately and arrive on different days, and that's normal. Your tracking email covers each package.

What about international orders?

We ship worldwide. Any customs fees or import duties are set by your country and aren't included in our prices.

I typed the wrong address, help!

My package arrived damaged (or never arrived).

Tell us as soon as you notice and send a photo if you can. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Changed your mind?

You've got 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items need to be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
