How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days, then standard delivery takes 7 to 20 business days. You get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships, so you can follow it door to door.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. We work with suppliers around the world to keep prices down, which is why delivery takes a little longer than a big-box retailer.

Can I return it if it is not right?

Yes. You have 30 days from the day your item arrives to request a return. It needs to be unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and you will need proof of purchase. Email info@ecombandit.store to start one and we will send a return label and instructions.

What if it arrives damaged or the wrong item turns up?

Check your order as soon as it lands and contact us straight away at info@ecombandit.store. Send a photo of the problem and we will make it right.

Will I pay customs or import fees?

Most orders arrive with nothing extra to pay. Because some items ship internationally, customs can occasionally add a charge or hold a parcel for clearance, which is set by your country rather than by us.

Is it safe to pay here?

Checkout runs on Shopify's secure payment system. Your card details are handled by the payment provider and never touch our servers.

US Size Guide — Pants Measurements in Inches

These are garment measurements converted from the supplied chart, not US size equivalents or body measurements. Retain the original S–2XL size labels and compare with a similar garment that fits you.

Listed Size	Pants Length	Hip Width, Flat*	Waist Width, Flat	Leg Opening Width, Flat
S	32.28″	12.60″	10.63″	3.54″
M	32.87″	13.58″	11.42″	3.74″
L	33.46″	14.57″	12.20″	3.94″
XL	34.06″	15.55″	12.99″	4.13″
2XL	34.65″	16.54″	13.78″	4.33″

The source labels the hip column as circumference, but its measurement note states that measurements are taken flat. It is presented here as flat width pending manufacturer confirmation.

Measurements allow approximately ±0.79 inch (±2 cm) variation. Fabric stretch limits and top measurements were not provided, so choose carefully using the available garment measurements.
