How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days, then standard delivery takes 7 to 20 business days. You get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships, so you can follow it door to door.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. We work with suppliers around the world to keep prices down, which is why delivery takes a little longer than a big-box retailer.

Can I return it if it is not right?

Yes. You have 30 days from the day your item arrives to request a return. It needs to be unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and you will need proof of purchase. Email info@ecombandit.store to start one and we will send a return label and instructions.

What if it arrives damaged or the wrong item turns up?

Check your order as soon as it lands and contact us straight away at info@ecombandit.store. Send a photo of the problem and we will make it right.

Will I pay customs or import fees?

Most orders arrive with nothing extra to pay. Because some items ship internationally, customs can occasionally add a charge or hold a parcel for clearance, which is set by your country rather than by us.

Is it safe to pay here?

Checkout runs on Shopify's secure payment system. Your card details are handled by the payment provider and never touch our servers.
